David has over 25 years of property investment experience and is a founding member of WHY. He has worked in Leeds (DTZ) and Manchester (LSH) and was an Equity Partner at Gooch and Wagstaff in London. With an extensive contact list across the country and expertise in the Logistics, Industrial and Business space sectors he is always keen to deliver the best deal for his longstanding client’s which include Funds, Property Company and Private investors. He is a Chartered Surveyor and has been a member of the Investment Property Forum since 1999.
